I'm Dr. Shelly Harrell and I am glad that you found FOCUSandFLOW.life! I am a psychologist, professor, and consultant with a mission to help people find PEACE, POWER, PASSION, and PURPOSE. This site is intended to provide inspiration to those ends. FOCUSandFLOW can be thought of as a way of life to manage stress and optimize personal, relational, and collective well-being through communal, contemplative, and empowerment practices. The primary objective of the approach is to increase experiential and critical awareness within a worldview of interconnectedness to enable positive transformation for persons as individuals and for our diverse, multicultural community.
